Punjab Vidhan Sabha passes ‘Rehabilitation of Punjab’ resolution demanding Rs 20 k crore package from Centre / ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿਧਾਨ ਸਭਾ ਨੇ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਤੋਂ 20 ਹਜ਼ਾਰ ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਲੈ ਕੇ 'ਪੰਜਾਬ ਮੁੜ ਵਸੇਬਾ' ਦਾ ਮਤਾ ਪਾਸ ਕੀਤਾ
- The resolution was introduced by Water Resources Minister Mr. Barinder Kumar Goyal, on the first day of the session on Friday, demanding a special package of Rs 20,000 crore from the Central Government for comprehensive flood relief and infrastructure restoration.
- ਜਲ ਸਰੋਤ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਸ੍ਰੀ ਬਰਿੰਦਰ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਗੋਇਲ ਨੇ ਸ਼ੁੱਕਰਵਾਰ ਨੂੰ ਇਜਲਾਸ ਦੇ ਪਹਿਲੇ ਦਿਨ ਇਹ ਮਤਾ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੜ੍ਹ ਰਾਹਤ ਅਤੇ ਬੁਨਿਆਦੀ ਢਾਂਚੇ ਦੀ ਬਹਾਲੀ ਲਈ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਤੋਂ 20,000 ਕਰੋੜ ਰੁਪਏ ਦੇ ਵਿਸ਼ੇਸ਼ ਪੈਕੇਜ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ।
