Shailesh sets new championship World Para Athletics / ਸ਼ੈਲੇਸ਼ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੈਰਾ ਐਥਲੈਟਿਕਸ ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ
- Shailesh Kumar won gold for India in the Men’s High Jump T63 event at the 2025 World Para Athletics Championships held in Delhi.
- He cleared a height of 1.91 m, which is a new Championship Record in that category
- ਸ਼ੈਲੇਸ਼ ਕੁਮਾਰ ਨੇ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ 2025 ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਪੈਰਾ ਐਥਲੈਟਿਕਸ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੁਰਸ਼ਾਂ ਦੇ ਹਾਈ ਜੰਪ ਟੀ-63 ਮੁਕਾਬਲੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਲਈ ਸੋਨ ਤਮਗਾ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ।
- ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ 1.91 ਮੀਟਰ ਦੀ ਉਚਾਈ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਫ਼ ਕੀਤਾ, ਜੋ ਕਿ ਉਸ ਸ਼੍ਰੇਣੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਨਵਾਂ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਰਿਕਾਰਡ ਹੈ
