The Indian Army’s Sapta Shakti Command recently conducted a high-intensity Integrated Firepower Exercise named ‘Amogh Fury’ at the Mahajan Field Firing Ranges in Rajasthan’s Thar Desert.
This large-scale drill was designed to test and demonstrate the Army’s ability to execute multi-domain operations using cutting-edge technologies and coordinated combat platforms.
Objectives:
• Simulate real-time battle scenarios under harsh desert conditions
• Enhance interoperability between ground and air assets
• Refine decision-making and coordination across units
• Prepare for high-tempo conflicts along India’s western front
