Tokara Islands more than 1,000 earthquakes / ਟੋਕਾਰਾ ਟਾਪੂ 1,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਭੂਚਾਲ
- Seismic event, more than 1,000 earthquakes have rattled the Tokara Islands in southern Japan over the past two weeks.
- The Tokara Islands are a small archipelago in Japan, south of Kyushu and north of the Amami Islands.
- They are also sometimes known as the Toshima Islands
- ਦੱਖਣੀ ਜਾਪਾਨ ਦੇ ਟੋਕਾਰਾ ਟਾਪੂ 'ਤੇ ਪਿਛਲੇ ਦੋ ਹਫਤਿਆਂ 'ਚ 1,000 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਭੂਚਾਲ ਦੇ ਝਟਕੇ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕੀਤੇ ਗਏ ਹਨ।
- ਟੋਕਾਰਾ ਟਾਪੂ ਜਾਪਾਨ ਦਾ ਇੱਕ ਛੋਟਾ ਜਿਹਾ ਟਾਪੂ ਸਮੂਹ ਹੈ, ਜੋ ਕਿਊਸ਼ੂ ਦੇ ਦੱਖਣ ਅਤੇ ਅਮਾਮੀ ਟਾਪੂਆਂ ਦੇ ਉੱਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਹੈ।
- ਇਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਤੋਸ਼ੀਮਾ ਟਾਪੂ ਵੀ ਕਿਹਾ ਜਾਂਦਾ ਹੈ
