Sahitya Akademi released the Hindi translation of the novel "The Last Day" in New Delhi / ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਕਾਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਨਾਵਲ "ਦਿ ਲਾਸਟ ਡੇ" ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ
- The Sahitya Akademi has released the Hindi translation of the acclaimed novel, titled "Antim Din" (The Last Day), which was originally written by the renowned Lithuanian-Ukrainian author Jaroslavas Melnikas.
- The translation into Hindi was done by Dr. Poonam Tiwari and marks the first time a Lithuanian fiction book has been translated into Hindi.
- ਸਾਹਿਤ ਅਕਾਦਮੀ ਨੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ੰਸਾਯੋਗ ਨਾਵਲ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਜਾਰੀ ਕੀਤਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਸ ਦਾ ਸਿਰਲੇਖ ਹੈ "ਅੰਤਿਮ ਦਿਨ", ਜੋ ਅਸਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਮਸ਼ਹੂਰ ਲਿਥੁਆਨੀਅਨ-ਯੂਕਰੇਨੀ ਲੇਖਕ ਜਾਰੋਸਲਾਵਾਸ ਮੇਲਨਿਕਾਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਲਿਖਿਆ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
- ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਡਾ. ਪੂਨਮ ਤਿਵਾੜੀ ਨੇ ਕੀਤਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਵਾਰ ਲਿਥੁਆਨੀਆਈ ਗਲਪ ਪੁਸਤਕ ਦਾ ਹਿੰਦੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਅਨੁਵਾਦ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
