• Goa Shipyard Limited (GSL) has officially handed over ICGS Akshar, the second Fast Patrol Vessel (FPV) in the Adamya-class series, to the Indian Coast Guard.
• The Adamya-class consists of eight FPVs ordered from GSL. Akshar is the second in this series
