NSA Ajit Doval attended the third India- Central Asia National Security Advisors' meeting in Bishkek /ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਅਜੀਤ ਡੋਭਾਲ ਨੇ ਬਿਸ਼ਕੇਕ 'ਚ ਤੀਜੀ ਭਾਰਤ-ਮੱਧ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਬੈਠਕ 'ਚ ਸ਼ਿਰਕਤ ਕੀਤੀ।
- The first two meetings were held in New Delhi (December 2022) and Astana (October 2023).
- National Security Advisor (NSA) Ajit Doval participated in the third India-Central Asia National Security Advisers' meeting in Bishkek, the capital of the Kyrgyz Republic.
- The meeting emphasized the importance of security and stability in Afghanistan for the entire region and agreed to work closely with Afghanistan on security and connectivity challenges.
- The NSAs discussed cooperation on pressing security challenges such as terrorism, radicalization, extremism, and narcotics trafficking.
- The scope of cooperation was broadened to include areas such as digital connectivity, infrastructure, artificial intelligence, and space technology.
- ਪਹਿਲੀਆਂ ਦੋ ਬੈਠਕਾਂ ਨਵੀਂ ਦਿੱਲੀ (ਦਸੰਬਰ 2022) ਅਤੇ ਅਸਤਾਨਾ (ਅਕਤੂਬਰ 2023) ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
- ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰ ਅਜੀਤ ਡੋਭਾਲ ਨੇ ਕਿਰਗਿਜ਼ ਗਣਰਾਜ ਦੀ ਰਾਜਧਾਨੀ ਬਿਸ਼ਕੇਕ 'ਚ ਭਾਰਤ-ਮੱਧ ਏਸ਼ੀਆ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਸਲਾਹਕਾਰਾਂ ਦੀ ਤੀਜੀ ਬੈਠਕ 'ਚ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਲਿਆ।
- ਬੈਠਕ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੂਰੇ ਖੇਤਰ ਲਈ ਅਫ਼ਗ਼ਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸਥਿਰਤਾ ਦੇ ਮਹੱਤਵ 'ਤੇ ਜ਼ੋਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਅਤੇ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ 'ਤੇ ਅਫ਼ਗ਼ਾਨਿਸਤਾਨ ਦੇ ਨਾਲ ਮਿਲ ਕੇ ਕੰਮ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਿਮਤੀ ਪ੍ਰਗਟਾਈ।
- ਐੱਨਐੱਸਏ ਨੇ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਆ ਚੁਣੌਤੀਆਂ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਆਤੰਕਵਾਦ, ਕੱਟੜਪੰਥੀ, ਕੱਟੜਪੰਥੀ ਅਤੇ ਨਸ਼ੀਲੇ ਪਦਾਰਥਾਂ ਦੀ ਤਸਕਰੀ 'ਤੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ 'ਤੇ ਚਰਚਾ ਕੀਤੀ।
- ਡਿਜੀਟਲ ਕਨੈਕਟੀਵਿਟੀ, ਇਨਫ੍ਰਾਸਟ੍ਰਕਚਰ, ਆਰਟੀਫਿਸ਼ਲ ਇੰਟੈਲੀਜੈਂਸ ਅਤੇ ਸਪੇਸ ਟੈਕਨੋਲੋਜੀ ਜਿਹੇ ਖੇਤਰਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਦੇ ਦਾਇਰੇ ਨੂੰ ਵਧਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ।
