The following eminent legal practitioners have been appointed as ASGs:
- Senior Advocate Davinder Pal Singh.

- Senior Advocate Anil Kaushik.
- Solicitor General of India
- The Solicitor General of India is the second-highest legal officer in the country, serving under the Attorney General, who holds the highest legal position.
- Apart from the Attorney General, the Government of India has other legal officers, including the Solicitor General and Additional Solicitors General, who assist the Attorney General in the discharge of official duties.
- However, only the office of the Attorney General is established by the Constitution, as Article 76 does not mention the Solicitor General or the Additional Solicitor General.
