In the 2025 ISA Assembly, India unveiled the SUNRISE, OSOWOG, GCC, and SIDS solar platform initiatives / 2025 ਆਈਐੱਸਏ ਅਸੈਂਬਲੀ ਵਿੱਚ, ਭਾਰਤ ਨੇ ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼, ਓਐੱਸਓਡਬਲਿਊਓਜੀ, ਜੀਸੀਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਿਡਸ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਪਹਿਲਕਦਮੀਆਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਘਾਟਨ ਕੀਤਾ
- 1.SUNRISE (Solar Upcycling Network for Recycling, Innovation & Stakeholder Engagement): This initiative focuses on establishing a circular economy in the solar sector by promoting the recycling.
- 2.OSOWOG (One Sun One World One Grid): A dedicated programme was introduced to accelerate the development of regional and cross-border solar power grid interconnections.
- 3) Global Capability Centre (GCC): Envisioned as a "Silicon Valley for Solar" in India, the GCC will serve as a hub for research and development (R&D).
- 4) SIDS Solar Procurement Platform: Developed with the World Bank, this platform aims to help Small Island Developing States (SIDS) pool their demand for solar products, streamline financing.
- International Solar Alliance (ISA)
- The ISA was jointly launched by India and France on November 30, 2015, during the COP21 summit in Paris.

- Total members: As of August 2025, the ISA has 107 full members that have ratified the Framework Agreement.
- In total, over 124 countries are signatories.
- 107th member (August 2025): Moldova became a full member by ratifying the agreement.

- 123rd member (May 2025): Angola became a signatory to the Framework Agreement
- •ਸਨਰਾਈਜ਼ (ਸੋਲਰ ਅਪਸਾਈਕਲਿੰਗ ਨੈੱਟਵਰਕ ਫਾਰ ਰੀਸਾਈਕਲਿੰਗ, ਇਨੋਵੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਂਡ ਸਟੇਕਹੋਲਡਰ ਇੰਗੇਜਮੈਂਟ): ਇਹ ਪਹਿਲ ਰੀਸਾਈਕਲਿੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਉਤਸ਼ਾਹਿਤ ਕਰਕੇ ਸੌਰ ਖੇਤਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਇੱਕ ਸਰਕੂਲਰ ਅਰਥਵਿਵਸਥਾ ਸਥਾਪਤ ਕਰਨ 'ਤੇ ਕੇਂਦ੍ਰਤ ਹੈ।
- ਓਐਸਓਡਬਲਯੂਓਜੀ (ਵਨ ਸਨ ਵਨ ਵਰਲਡ ਵਨ ਗਰਿੱਡ): ਖੇਤਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਸਰਹੱਦ ਪਾਰ ਸੋਲਰ ਪਾਵਰ ਗਰਿੱਡ ਇੰਟਰਕੁਨੈਕਸ਼ਨਾਂ ਦੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਤੇਜ਼ ਕਰਨ ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਪ੍ਰੋਗਰਾਮ ਪੇਸ਼ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
- 3) ਗਲੋਬਲ ਸਮਰੱਥਾ ਕੇਂਦਰ (ਜੀਸੀਸੀ): ਭਾਰਤ ਵਿੱਚ "ਸੌਰ ਊਰਜਾ ਲਈ ਸਿਲੀਕਾਨ ਵੈਲੀ" ਵਜੋਂ ਕਲਪਨਾ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਜੀਸੀਸੀ ਖੋਜ ਅਤੇ ਵਿਕਾਸ (ਆਰ ਐਂਡ ਡੀ) ਲਈ ਇੱਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗੀ।
- 4) ਸਿਡਸ ਸੋਲਰ ਪ੍ਰੋਕਿਓਰਮੈਂਟ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ: ਵਿਸ਼ਵ ਬੈਂਕ ਨਾਲ ਵਿਕਸਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ, ਇਸ ਪਲੇਟਫਾਰਮ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਛੋਟੇ ਟਾਪੂ ਵਿਕਾਸਸ਼ੀਲ ਰਾਜਾਂ (ਐਸਆਈਡੀਐਸ) ਨੂੰ ਸੌਰ ਉਤਪਾਦਾਂ ਦੀ ਮੰਗ ਨੂੰ ਪੂਰਾ ਕਰਨ, ਵਿੱਤ ਨੂੰ ਸੁਚਾਰੂ ਬਣਾਉਣ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਹਾਇਤਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੈ।
- ਆਈਐੱਸਏ ਨੂੰ ਭਾਰਤ ਅਤੇ ਫਰਾਂਸ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਸਾਂਝੇ ਤੌਰ 'ਤੇ 30 ਨਵੰਬਰ, 2015 ਨੂੰ ਪੈਰਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਸੀਓਪੀ21 ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਦੌਰਾਨ ਲਾਂਚ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।

- ਕੁੱਲ ਮੈਂਬਰ: ਅਗਸਤ 2025 ਤੱਕ, ਆਈਐੱਸਏ ਦੇ 107 ਪੂਰੇ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਹਨ ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਫਰੇਮਵਰਕ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕੀਤੀ ਹੈ।
- ਕੁੱਲ ਮਿਲਾ ਕੇ, 124 ਤੋਂ ਵੱਧ ਦੇਸ਼ਾਂ ਨੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ ਹਨ।
- 107 ਵਾਂ ਮੈਂਬਰ (ਅਗਸਤ 2025): ਮੋਲਡੋਵਾ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਦੀ ਪੁਸ਼ਟੀ ਕਰਕੇ ਪੂਰਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ.
- 123 ਵਾਂ ਮੈਂਬਰ (ਮਈ 2025): ਅੰਗੋਲਾ ਫਰੇਮਵਰਕ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ ਦਾ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕਰਨ ਵਾਲਾ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ.
- 106 ਵਾਂ ਮੈਂਬਰ (ਨਵੰਬਰ 2023): ਅਰਮੀਨੀਆ ਇੱਕ ਪੂਰਾ ਮੈਂਬਰ ਬਣ ਗਿਆ.
