Sai Jadhav Makes History at Indian Military Academy/ ਸਾਈ ਜਾਧਵ ਨੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਮਿਲਟਰੀ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਰਚਿਆ
- At just 23 years of age, Sai Jadhav has created history by becoming the first woman officer to graduate from the Indian Military Academy (IMA), Dehradun.
- Her commissioning marks the end of a 93-year-old tradition in which only men passed out from one of India’s most prestigious military institutions.

- ਸਿਰਫ਼ 23 ਸਾਲ ਦੀ ਉਮਰ ਵਿੱਚ, ਸਾਈ ਜਾਧਵ ਨੇ ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਮਿਲਟਰੀ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ (IMA), ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਤੋਂ ਗ੍ਰੈਜੂਏਟ ਹੋਣ ਵਾਲੀ ਪਹਿਲੀ ਮਹਿਲਾ ਅਧਿਕਾਰੀ ਬਣ ਕੇ ਇਤਿਹਾਸ ਰਚਿਆ ਹੈ।
- ਉਸਦੀ ਕਮਿਸ਼ਨਿੰਗ 93 ਸਾਲ ਪੁਰਾਣੀ ਪਰੰਪਰਾ ਦਾ ਅੰਤ ਹੈ ਜਿਸ ਵਿੱਚ ਭਾਰਤ ਦੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਕਾਰੀ ਫੌਜੀ ਸੰਸਥਾਵਾਂ ਵਿੱਚੋਂ ਇੱਕ ਤੋਂ ਸਿਰਫ਼ ਮਰਦ ਹੀ ਪਾਸ ਆਊਟ ਹੁੰਦੇ ਸਨ।
- ਇੰਡੀਅਨ ਮਿਲਟਰੀ ਅਕੈਡਮੀ (IMA) ਦੀ ਸਥਾਪਨਾ 1932 ਵਿੱਚ ਹੋਈ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਦੇਹਰਾਦੂਨ ਵਿੱਚ ਸਥਿਤ ਹੈ।
