Haryana Declares Hansi as Its 23rd District/ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਨੇ ਹਾਂਸੀ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ 23ਵਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਐਲਾਨਿਆ
- Nayab Singh Saini, Chief Minister of Haryana, announced that Hansi will become the 23rd district of the state.
- Administrative change: Hansi was earlier part of Hisar district and will function as a separate administrative district after the official notification.
- The change has been made under Section 5 of the Haryana Land Revenue Act, 1887 and Section 5 of the Registration Act, 1908, (Central Act 16 of 1908) through an order issued by the Governor of Haryana.
- ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਮੁੱਖ ਮੰਤਰੀ ਨਾਇਬ ਸਿੰਘ ਸੈਣੀ ਨੇ ਐਲਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਕਿ ਹਾਂਸੀ ਰਾਜ ਦਾ 23ਵਾਂ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹਾ ਬਣ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ: ਹਾਂਸੀ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ ਹਿਸਾਰ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਦਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਸੀ ਅਤੇ ਅਧਿਕਾਰਤ ਨੋਟੀਫਿਕੇਸ਼ਨ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਇੱਕ ਵੱਖਰੇ ਪ੍ਰਸ਼ਾਸਕੀ ਜ਼ਿਲ੍ਹੇ ਵਜੋਂ ਕੰਮ ਕਰੇਗਾ।
- ਇਹ ਤਬਦੀਲੀ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਭੂਮੀ ਮਾਲੀਆ ਐਕਟ, 1887 ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 5 ਅਤੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਐਕਟ, 1908 (1908 ਦਾ ਕੇਂਦਰੀ ਐਕਟ 16) ਦੀ ਧਾਰਾ 5 ਦੇ ਤਹਿਤ ਹਰਿਆਣਾ ਦੇ ਰਾਜਪਾਲ ਦੁਆਰਾ ਜਾਰੀ ਇੱਕ ਆਦੇਸ਼ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਕੀਤੀ ਗਈ ਹੈ।
