150th Shree Baba Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan Begins in Jalandhar/ 150ਵਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰੀਵੱਲਭ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ
- In Punjab, the 150th Shree Baba Harivallabh Sangeet Sammelan, the oldest Hindustani classical music festival in the country, is starting at Shree Devi Talab Temple, Jalandhar.
- The festival will be held from 26 December to 28 December.
- The event is being organised in collaboration with the North Zone Cultural Centre (NZCC), Patiala, under the Ministry of Culture, Government of India, and is supported by the state government.
- The three-day festival is dedicated to the 350th martyrdom anniversary of Guru Tegh Bahadur Ji and to the memory of acclaimed Banaras Gharana vocalist Chhannu Lal Mishra, who passed away in October this year.
- ਪੰਜਾਬ ਵਿੱਚ, 150ਵਾਂ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਬਾਬਾ ਹਰੀਵੱਲਭ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਸੰਮੇਲਨ, ਦੇਸ਼ ਦਾ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਪੁਰਾਣਾ ਹਿੰਦੁਸਤਾਨੀ ਸ਼ਾਸਤਰੀ ਸੰਗੀਤ ਉਤਸਵ, ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦੇਵੀ ਤਲਾਬ ਮੰਦਿਰ, ਜਲੰਧਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਹੋ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ।
- ਇਹ ਉਤਸਵ 26 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੋਂ 28 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਤੱਕ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾਵੇਗਾ।
- ਇਹ ਸਮਾਗਮ ਭਾਰਤ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦੇ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰ ਮੰਤਰਾਲੇ ਅਧੀਨ ਉੱਤਰੀ ਜ਼ੋਨ ਸੱਭਿਆਚਾਰਕ ਕੇਂਦਰ (NZCC), ਪਟਿਆਲਾ ਦੇ ਸਹਿਯੋਗ ਨਾਲ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਜਾ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੈ, ਅਤੇ ਇਸਨੂੰ ਰਾਜ ਸਰਕਾਰ ਦਾ ਸਮਰਥਨ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੈ।
- ਇਹ ਤਿੰਨ ਦਿਨਾਂ ਉਤਸਵ ਗੁਰੂ ਤੇਗ ਬਹਾਦਰ ਜੀ ਦੀ 350ਵੀਂ ਸ਼ਹੀਦੀ ਵਰ੍ਹੇਗੰਢ ਅਤੇ ਪ੍ਰਸਿੱਧ ਬਨਾਰਸ ਘਰਾਣੇ ਦੇ ਗਾਇਕ ਛੰਨੂ ਲਾਲ ਮਿਸ਼ਰਾ ਦੀ ਯਾਦ ਨੂੰ ਸਮਰਪਿਤ ਹੈ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦਾ ਇਸ ਸਾਲ ਅਕਤੂਬਰ ਵਿੱਚ ਦੇਹਾਂਤ ਹੋ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
