West Bengal crowned as overall champion in Finswimming championship/ ਫਿਨਸਵਿਮਿੰਗ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਦਾ ਤਾਜ ਪਹਿਨਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ
- West Bengal bagged the title of overall champion in the fifth National Finswimming Championship-2025.
- This marked the fifth consecutive year that the state has won the title.
- The host Karnataka team finished as runners-up.
- The competition was held at the International Swimming Pool in Yemmekere, Mangaluru, on December 20 and 21.
- The West Bengal team won a total of 165 medals, including 61 gold, 59 silver, and 45 bronze.
- ਪੰਜਵੀਂ ਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਫਿਨਸਵਿਮਿੰਗ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨਸ਼ਿਪ-2025 ਵਿੱਚ ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਨੂੰ ਸਮੁੱਚੇ ਚੈਂਪੀਅਨ ਦਾ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਮਿਲਿਆ।
- ਇਹ ਲਗਾਤਾਰ ਪੰਜਵਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਹੈ ਜਦੋਂ ਰਾਜ ਨੇ ਇਹ ਖਿਤਾਬ ਜਿੱਤਿਆ ਹੈ।
- ਮੇਜ਼ਬਾਨ ਕਰਨਾਟਕ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਉਪ ਜੇਤੂ ਰਹੀ।
- ਇਹ ਮੁਕਾਬਲਾ 20 ਅਤੇ 21 ਦਸੰਬਰ ਨੂੰ ਮੰਗਲੁਰੂ ਦੇ ਯੇਮੇਕੇਰੇ ਵਿੱਚ ਅੰਤਰਰਾਸ਼ਟਰੀ ਤੈਰਾਕੀ ਪੂਲ ਵਿੱਚ ਆਯੋਜਿਤ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਸੀ।
- ਪੱਛਮੀ ਬੰਗਾਲ ਦੀ ਟੀਮ ਨੇ ਕੁੱਲ 165 ਤਗਮੇ ਜਿੱਤੇ, ਜਿਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ 61 ਸੋਨ, 59 ਚਾਂਦੀ ਅਤੇ 45 ਕਾਂਸੀ ਸ਼ਾਮਲ ਹਨ।
