Supreme Court of India Signs Agreement with Supreme Court of Bhutan for Exchange of Young Legal Professionals / ਭਾਰਤੀ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨੇ ਨੌਜਵਾਨ ਕਾਨੂੰਨੀ ਪੇਸ਼ੇਵਰਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਦਾਨ-ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਲਈ ਭੂਟਾਨ ਦੀ ਸੁਪਰੀਮ ਕੋਰਟ ਨਾਲ ਸਮਝੌਤੇ 'ਤੇ ਹਸਤਾਖਰ ਕੀਤੇ
- The Supreme Court of India has signed an MoU with Bhutan’s apex court to exchange law clerks. The move aims to strengthen judicial cooperation, capacity building, and knowledge sharing, marking a new step in India–Bhutan institutional ties.
- The announcement was made by Chief Justice of India Surya Kant, who welcomed two law clerks from Bhutan to work in the Supreme Court, reflecting closer judicial cooperation between the two neighbors.
